Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our team at MedChi. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Family Medicine
