Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and upkeep of all buildings, grounds, and amenities
  • Completing service requests and preparing vacant apartments for occupancy
  • Timely response to all repair requests, including after-hours calls
  • Overseeing the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment
  • Operating within OSHA and EPA standards, as well as following all Fair Housing regulations
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Prior maintenance experience is required, preferably in multifamily housing
  • HVAC experience is required; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus
  • Ability to complete general apartment maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems
  • Swimming pool maintenance experience and CPO certification is a plus
  • Must be able to take after-hours calls
  • Must have basic tools and dependable transportation
  • The ability to effectively present information to residents, employees, and vendors
  • The ability to walk the property frequently and regularly while being exposed to outside weather conditions
