Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at North Shore at Marshfield. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants and helpers
  • Manage the environment to maintain patient safety and adhere to standards of care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in post-acute care
