Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments across various units, adapting to the unique needs of each patient population.
  • Prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families, providing support and education as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, delegating tasks appropriately and following up on care delivery.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient care challenges, ensuring safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in all nursing interventions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • Current and valid nursing license.
  • BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of starting the role).
  • Experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, and/or ICU is preferred.
