Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our bank's products and services to new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote and sell bank products and services
- Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and resolving issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous banking or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information
This is a full-time position that requires working in a typical bank setting. You will be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
