- Lead the technical delivery of ML-powered features through the full feature lifecycle, from ideation to production and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Assess requirements and approaches for large-scale data and ML platform components to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software engineering practices and standards to ensure the delivery of production-grade services.
- Work closely with UX/UI teammates to ensure the usability and accessibility of product features.
- Owning the uptime and reliability of delivered services and capabilities, including on-call rotation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of ownership and delivery of complex software systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with software engineering of production-grade services in cloud environments, including design, development, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of ML concepts, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
- Knowledge of cloud-based application and infrastructure deployment and management, including containerization and orchestration.
- Experience with common ML libraries and components, including scikit-learn, PyTorch, and Airflow.
