  8. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:

  1. Lead and drive strategic growth initiatives for the business.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  3. Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with key referral sources.
  4. Manage and enhance the social media platforms for Visiting Angels.
  5. Create and implement strategies to encourage positive online reviews.
  6. Maintain organized marketing information and documentation.
  7. Represent Visiting Angels in the community, sharing information about services offered.
  8. Collaborate on cooperative marketing efforts with other Visiting Angels owners.
  9. Determine appropriate marketing materials and oversee their procurement.
  10. Distribute promotional materials effectively.
  11. Acknowledge referrals with personalized thank-you notes.
  12. Participate in marketing events to promote the brand.
  13. Encourage community involvement and engagement.
  14. Deliver inspiring presentations to promote services.
  15. Maintain and develop a comprehensive referral source list.
  16. Attend community meetings to advocate for Visiting Angels.
  17. Oversee the preparation of marketing packets.
  18. Continuously assess community needs to identify new marketing opportunities.
  19. Promote and enhance the Visiting Angels brand consistently.

General Responsibilities:

  1. Perform various clerical tasks as needed within the office environment.
  2. Answer phone calls as required.
  3. Adhere to all state guidelines and regulations regarding services.
