**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Zips Car Wash in Moorhead, MN. As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the car wash, maintaining a clean and functional environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and performance manage site-level team members.
  • Train and develop Customer Service Associates, Leads, and Assistant Managers.
  • Create and assign schedules and responsibilities to team members.
  • Set and track financial goals and sales targets for team members.
  • Open and close the site, and facilitate daily operations.
  • Perform minor equipment repairs as trained and directed.
  • Engage customers and promote our Unlimited Wash Club.
  • Monitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenance.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Consistently uphold and enforce company policies.
  • Monitor and control chemicals daily.
  • Safely and efficiently load vehicles with clear hand signals and a smile.
  • Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests.
  • Manage the overall performance of the site.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a management role.
  • 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or related field.
  • Preferred: Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Preferred: Car Wash experience.
