Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the workflow of the Aerospace Engineering department, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion of objectives.

  • Direct and coordinate work tasks in a clear and productive manner, attaining resources necessary for departmental operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in a heavily documented and specification-centric industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and follow standards and engineer solutions.
  • Experience with Aerospace OEM specifications, working knowledge of manufacturing and metal cutting processes, and familiarity with Epicor ERP System.
