Bridal Stylist

Northern Impact LLC. is seeking a skilled Bridal Stylist to join their team. As a leader and sales expert, you will support the management team with store operations and ensure the store achieves maximum sales and profit goals.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, registering the Bride, and engaging the Bride/customer to identify their needs and find their perfect dress.
• Sales Techniques: Meet and exceed individual sales goals by utilizing personal and team selling techniques, demonstrating product knowledge, and suggesting additional merchandise.
• Store Operations: Work effectively with others, maintain positive team-oriented relations, and communicate effectively with others to ensure the store's appearance and operations are maintained.
• Inventory Management: Protect the store inventory and company property by following loss prevention procedures and reporting any suspected policy violations to the store management team.
• Merchandising: Merchandise the store by displaying fashion looks throughout the selling area and maintaining the store's appearance by straightening merchandise and completing daily cleaning duties.
• Administrative Tasks: Accurately and efficiently complete POS terminal transactions, perform light office duties, and maintain fitting rooms, aisles, and work as a team to keep the sales floor clear of congestion and disorganization.

• Physical Agility: Be on your feet, moving throughout the store during your entire work schedule.
• Merchandise Prep: Engage in light to moderate physical activity, unpacking and preparing merchandise, which might involve handling weighty freight boxes, hanging garments, and using small ladders.
• Weekend Flexibility: Be available to work on weekends as required and as per the schedule.
• Bridal Sales Expertise: Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in bridal sales.
• Educational Background: Possess a college graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years, a 4-year college degree is preferred.
• Cultural Competence: Value individuals with diverse life experiences and cultural awareness, and be able to connect with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Efficient Computer Skills: Possess proficiency in computer skills for seamless integration into our systems and processes.
