About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting orientations and facility tours for new hire classes, monitoring daily attendance, attending client meetings, and assisting with onsite timekeeping. Additionally, they will engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are met, complete associate counseling when needed, and provide assistance with assignment questions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to stand/walk for the entire shift and have previous team lead experience in a warehouse setting, although this is not required. They must also be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and possess excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills. Strong problem-resolution skills, the ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships, and good judgment are essential.
