- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the inventory team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, customer service, and procurement, to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on inventory performance, including metrics and KPIs, to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain, inventory, business, or related field.
- Experience: Three to five years of work experience related to inventory control activities.
- Skills: Ability to act as a subject matter expert on JDE and RFSmart transactions related to inventory control, experience with supporting or implementing process improvements, and strong communication and leadership skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
- Experience: Certification or work experience with Lean or Six Sigma principles.
