Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Manage a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with our dynamic team to further our mission.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session according to company guidelines.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Complete all required training and certification programs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the designated field.
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Ability to work with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, teens, and adults.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Proficiency in using office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid Texas license.
  • Experience working with couples and families.
  • Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.
