Salary and Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00, depending on your job classification and length of employment. In addition to competitive pay, you will also receive performance-based incentive awards, health benefits, financial benefits, and paid time off.

Job Description
As a sales associate, you will be responsible for reviewing customer orders, locating and selecting merchandise on the salesfloor, ensuring customer orders are filled accurately, smiling, greeting, and thanking customers with a positive attitude, and dispensing customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions. You will also be required to keep your aisles neat and clean, work with multiple supervisors and fellow associates, stock shelves, and answer tricky questions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be able to walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
