We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Legend of Hutchinson. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, and social interactions.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond accordingly.
- Document completed tasks, such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members, including urgent needs for the next shift and concerns to the Health Care Director.
- Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Required certifications for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as per state regulations.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
