About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team at RPM Development Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the site's exterior grounds, common interior areas, and parking garages or spaces in accordance with all RPM policies.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will:

  • Maintain the site's exterior grounds, common interior areas, and parking garages or spaces in accordance with all RPM policies.
  • Ensure the turnover of vacant units meets company standards.
  • Provide on-call emergency services as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in site maintenance or property management.
  • Experience with minor repairs, including electric, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for local errands.
Benefits and Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
