The Quality Improvement and Outcomes (QI&O) Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare services by collaborating with quality enhancement and peer review teams.   • Facilitate and engage in quality improvement initiatives and peer review projects.

  • Support regulatory compliance efforts by understanding relevant standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education: An Associate's degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an administrative or clinical role within a healthcare setting, including at least 3 years in quality management, risk management, or education is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Proficiency in PC applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software is required.

Working Relationships: This role involves interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and staff.
