Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at HCA Florida Capital Hospital. As an ICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, making clinical assessments and managing treatment autonomously. Our team works collaboratively to support each other and deliver excellent care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient and family advocacy, protecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
  • Deliver high-focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
  • 1+ years experience as RN in acute care environment preferred
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire
  • BSN preferred
  • CCRN preferred
