Job Title: Physician

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Physician to provide medical services as a Fee Basis Provider (FBP) for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting medical histories, physical examinations, and reviewing medical tests and documents related to consultations and medical histories.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct medical histories and physical examinations
* Review medical tests and documents related to consultations and medical histories
* Assess applicant medical documentation and render medical opinions on applicant medical fitness for programs applying for
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

* Must be a Physician (MD/DO) with a current, unrestricted license from any of the 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
* Must have completed a residency or provided direct patient care within the last three years
* Must possess a minimum of one year of post-graduate training accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
* Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Certification from the American Heart Association
* Medical school must be accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA)

**Physical Demands:**

* The physical demands of this job include sitting, talking, and hearing regularly, as well as walking, using hands to handle objects, and reaching with hands and arms frequently
* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
