Physical Therapy Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our expanding, multidisciplinary practice focused on pain management and orthopedic rehabilitation. This role emphasizes outpatient care, delivering exceptional support to both established and new patients. The ideal candidate will excel in teamwork and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in our integrated treatment model.
Our patient demographic primarily consists of outpatient orthopedic cases, with a smaller portion involving vestibular and neurological conditions. Our primary objective is to provide patient-centered care, equipping our staff with the necessary resources to develop as clinicians and effectively treat patients. Our therapeutic philosophy revolves around utilizing movement as a form of medicine, achieved through collaboration within our interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals.
The selected PTA will initially work across two of our facilities, with a long-term plan to establish a base in one location.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in the treatment of a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
- Ensure thorough and timely documentation of patient interactions.
- Work independently and collaboratively, embodying the values of excellence, poise, leadership, and service.
- Deliver outstanding patient care while maintaining professionalism in a team environment.
- Conduct regular patient evaluations to track progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Engage in care plan meetings and relay pertinent information regarding patient progress and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic care is preferred, though recent graduates will be considered.
- Valid PTA license in the state.
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time position
- Annual salary range: $55,000 - $65,000, plus PTO and benefits.
- Hourly rate: $30 - $35, plus benefits.
