Benefits Include:

Work Schedule:
Night shifts from 8 PM to 8 AM, three days a week, including rotating weekends.
Compensation:
Hourly rate ranging from $38.00 to $42.00, dependent on licensure duration.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficient in obtaining and interpreting clinical and medical data to facilitate referral processes
- Skilled in engaging with clients during intake to manage expectations and acclimatization to the unit
- Adept at establishing therapeutic relationships to support smooth transitions to aftercare providers
- Capable of clearly articulating and providing psychotherapeutic education, as well as leading wellness and medication education groups
- Experience assisting LCSW/LPC in developing and revising Treatment Plans
- Ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy to gather essential clinical information for Behavioral Health Assessments
This role also includes responsibilities as a backup for admission and discharge processing.
Must possess a valid registered nurse license in the state of Georgia or a comparable COMPACT license.
Shift Differentials:
- 5% additional pay for weekday night shifts
- 10% additional pay for weekend shifts
- $3.00 hourly flat rate differential for charge shifts
