About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor will support and assist the Clinical Director in all relevant duties, ensuring the smooth execution of the Avenues clinical program. This includes managing client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment, and facilitating group sessions.

Key responsibilities include overseeing client documentation, providing utilization review support, and driving authorization and retention throughout treatment. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or higher in a related field, with at least 3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus an extensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental, vision, and more.

  • Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
  • Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
  • Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
  • Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
  • Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
  • Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
