Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS HomeCare SPOHN, a part of LHC Group. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
  • Follow the plan of care and coordinate with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Instruct patients and their families in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment.
  • Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition.
Requirements:
  • Current LVN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
  • CPR Certification required.
