Job Summary

As a Telecommunications Specialist at Aspirus Health, you will be responsible for operating and routing traffic on various communications systems, including telephone, radio paging, public address paging, and operator workstations. You will also be responsible for keeping information current and performing system backups. This role requires a professional, helpful, and courteous attitude, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of switchboard and communication practices
  • High school diploma and previous switchboard or information systems experience beneficial
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer operations and typing skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all types of individuals
  • Ability to function under pressure and establish priorities
