Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Store Operations team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to customers, educating them on their financial options and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Assist with customer account management, including accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
- Work to meet company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
- Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using the assessment tool.
- Enter and maintain customer information in the Point-of-Sale system with accuracy and integrity.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits.
- Utilize personal vehicle to complete bank deposits and other company business throughout the workday.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service, sales, or retail experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Background check required (subject to applicable law).
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Associate degree or higher.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
