Our extensive portfolio spans over 40 years and includes projects in aviation, education, mixed-use developments, multi-family housing, hospitality, retail, and commercial spaces.

The Project Manager will collaborate with an architectural team to produce detailed drawings and specifications from the initial design phase through to the construction documentation stage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing designs that align with client needs, specifications, and objectives.
  • Effectively communicating design concepts through sketches and advanced design software, including 3D modeling, AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
  • Preparing presentations and documentation throughout the construction process.
  • Gathering materials related to project development, such as samples and specifications.
  • Organizing and maintaining project files, including correspondence, drawings, and other essential materials.
  • Overseeing construction administration, including the review and processing of shop drawings and material sample approvals.
  • Providing support to the office team and management.
  • Facilitating communication with clients and contractors as necessary.
  • Coordinating with project-related subconsultants.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• In-depth knowledge of Florida Building Codes.

• Proficiency in BIM / Revit.

• Comprehensive understanding of construction drawing standards.

• Experience in adaptive reuse, building renovation, and expansion is essential.

• Strong skills in AutoCAD, design, technical, and graphic capabilities.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and adept at managing multiple tasks.
