About the Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services within a renowned pediatric healthcare environment. The specialist will evaluate and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients, ensuring that all interventions are appropriate for their age and condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and document findings in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that reflect the patient’s progress and adapt as necessary.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of patient interactions, including daily progress notes and discharge summaries.
  • Engage with families and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and education.
  • Provide educational resources that are suitable for the patient’s comprehension level and involve caregivers in the process.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply; however, one year of acute care experience is preferred.
