SAP S/4Hana Program Manager

Idexcel Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4Hana Program Manager to lead our end-to-end implementation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan and overall strategy, managing project timelines, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a project plan that aligns with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met within defined timeframes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Ensure quality and well-maintained project schedules, baselines, and estimates.
- Develop and implement risk management plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Report on ongoing issues and changes, utilizing existing processes and templates.
- Proven experience in leading large SAP implementation projects, specifically SAP S/4Hana.
- Strong background in supply chain and finance processes.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project.
SAP Knowledge:Understanding of SAP systems, modules, and implementation best practices, preferably with ECC to S/4Hana experience.
