Catering Assistant

Levy is seeking a Catering Attendant to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate execution of all events during their shift and may be required to drive a catering delivery truck.

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Thoroughly clean the location after the event is completed.
• Return food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
