Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Cleaning Crew as a Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist. This part-time hourly position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our buildings, including the Taproom, Brewery, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated spaces, including floors, walls, and glass surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling, and restock supplies as needed
- Service and clean restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors
- Monitor building security and safety, and report any issues to management
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and cleaning equipment
Requirements and Expectations:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Some weekend work required
