Barista

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Morrison Healthcare. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to our customers.

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers
• Handle food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations
• Interact with customers and other employees in a friendly and courteous manner
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous Barista experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
