We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Staff at the Noble County Family YMCA. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Administer all functions related to the front desk, including membership sales, customer service, and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member information, including membership status and payment history.
- Assist with emergency situations, such as accidents or injuries, and provide first aid and CPR as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve the goals and objectives of the YMCA.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members, including common areas, locker rooms, and fitness equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills and experience with membership software.
- CPR/AED/First Aid/O2 Certification required.
