We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Adult Unit at Avera Behavioral Health Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care in a therapeutic environment for adults struggling with mental health challenges.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary focus will be on delivering patient-focused care, working closely with colleagues to coordinate cares and communicate effectively with physicians to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and autonomous professional practice.
Requirements- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred; alternatively, a graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
