Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Honolulu, HI. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care to a group of normal-to-high risk infants, working closely with physicians to manage neonatal caseloads and coordinate pre- and post-operative care activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and technical procedures to a group of normal-to-high risk infants.
  • Manages neonatal caseload with physician consultation and collaboration.
  • Serves as patient and family advocate in identifying healthcare needs and actions for neonatal cases.
  • Coordinates pre- and post-operative care activities for normal-to-high risk infants.
  • Supports neonatal units during crisis situations.
  • Utilizes planning, implementation, and evaluation in formulating neonatal diagnosis and intervention.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in neonatal care.
  • Minimum one (1) year of Nurse Practitioner experience in an acute care setting.
  • Preferred 2 years of Neonatal NP experience working in the last 2 years.
  • Valid Hawaii APRN Recognition with Prescriptive Authority for Hawaii State APRN prescriptive authority.
