About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Fellow to join our Neuro ICU Unit team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU Unit
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the unit
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification
  • 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated
