Job Overview

As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining residential heating and air conditioning systems to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems, including gas pipes, refrigeration pipes, and ductwork systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Test and balance HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our installation processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Proficient in installing gas pipes, refrigeration pipes, and ductwork systems.
  • Knowledge of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional safety knowledge and ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
