Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily cleanliness of the warehouse, including operation of industrial equipment to maintain floor cleanliness.
  • Collect and dispose of trash, and clean warehouse trash cans as needed.
  • Dust and detail clean racking, walls, stairs, doors, and other equipment.
  • Compact surplus corrugated boxes in the baler.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as needed.
  • Ability to work overtime and assist in other areas of the branch as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and in a diverse work environment.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to move products, supplies, and boxes up to and over 75 pounds repetitively.
  • Perform tasks that require sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, visual acuity-near and far, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.

This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
