Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers in the restaurant and hospitality sectors to deliver effective service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing equipment.

- Engage with manufacturers for assistance in diagnosis and parts identification.
- Consult with the Technical Assistance Group for on-site technical support.

- Maintain accurate administrative records, including work orders and inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized service vehicle.
- Meet productivity standards set by the company.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
- Comfortable working with mechanical components, pressurized equipment, and in various environmental conditions.
- Willingness to work at heights and in diverse settings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, or related fields.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability for emergency on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant technical training or certifications (e.g., EPA, CFESA).
- Experience in commercial refrigeration or cooking equipment repair.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
