We are looking for a dedicated and skilled advanced nurse practitioner to become a vital part of our primary care clinic team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with family medicine or internal medicine physicians to deliver comprehensive and preventive healthcare services to patients across all age groups. Your key responsibilities will encompass performing health assessments, managing illnesses, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing necessary medications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct detailed medical histories and physical assessments
  • Deliver primary care services as scheduled
  • Collaborate with physicians
  • Execute routine outpatient procedures
  • Prescribe and oversee medication regimens
  • Ensure seamless continuity of patient care
  • Engage in quality assurance initiatives
  • Maintain expertise in your specialty area
  • Perform additional duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduation from an accredited APRN training program
  • Current RN and APRN licensure in Ohio
  • Certificate of authority and prescribing certificate
  • Preferred experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, or PALS
