Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Jackmont Hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving a wide range of drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Drink Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Upselling and Promotions: Upsell guests on food and drink items, and participate in promotions and events to drive sales and revenue.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other bartenders and bar staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior bartending experience preferred.
• Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of mixology and drink preparation techniques.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
