This role is designed for a dedicated physician leader who will be instrumental in overseeing the provision of exceptional healthcare services. The Medical Director will ensure comprehensive care delivery to patients across various demographics while guiding a team of committed healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $260,000 to $275,000
  • Vacation Time: 160 hours (equivalent to 4 weeks)
  • Personal Leave: 40 hours (1 week)
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours (5 Days), with a budget of $3,000
  • Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Life Insurance: 1.5 times the salary
  • Loan Repayment: NHSC Student Loan Repayment (up to $100,000)

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified in Family Medicine
  • Proven experience in a leadership capacity is essential
  • Strong dedication to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
  • Possession of a clear and active Medical License in the relevant state.
