Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions using AWS services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, runbooks, and automation scripts
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and AWS services
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, Linux/Windows
- Experience working with scripting languages and automation tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Experience creating and improving documentation, runbooks, and automation for ops
- Familiarity with ADC security policies, information handling, and compliance standards
- Background mentoring/training other engineers on technical topics
- Expertise in one or more AWS service areas (e.g. AI/ML, databases, containers etc.)
