Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Member Experience Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As a key member of our club operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and safe gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive personal training and merchandise sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to engage with our community and promote our services.
  • Post engaging content on our social media accounts to enhance member engagement and retention.
  • Focus on member experience, including follow-up and prospecting to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Conduct fitness consultations, including pre-participation screening, medical history, and goal setting to assess and recommend personalized fitness plans.
  • Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1-15 members and monitor their progress.
  • Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper and safe performance of exercises and use of equipment.
  • Clean and maintain the club and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Review and analyze club reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Encourage members to achieve their fitness goals and provide accountability.
  • Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or health-related field preferred.
  • Personal Training Certificate preferred, but not required; reimbursement program available to help you become certified.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certified preferred, but not required.
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Self-starter and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
