Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Advocate to join our team at Visiting Angels Kansas City. As a patient advocate, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, advocating on their behalf and ensuring their needs are met.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job:
You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care, as well as advocate on their behalf with healthcare providers and other stakeholders. You will also report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
