The Infant Dietary Services Coordinator will manage all operations within the Infant Nutrition Lab. This essential role demands both leadership and clinical expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities related to infant nutrition. The Coordinator is tasked with guaranteeing that all feeding processes adhere to safety protocols and comply with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing performance within the Infant Nutrition Lab.
- Recruit and train new Infant Nutrition Technicians.
- Oversee all operations concerning the storage, preparation, and distribution of human milk and infant formula.
- Facilitate and deliver clinical nutrition services tailored for the Infant Nutrition Lab.
- Supervise and assess the competencies of Infant Nutrition Technicians.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Licensure:
• Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist License – Florida.
Experience Required:
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience as a Dietitian.
