Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the academic and social success of students by diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Create personalized education plans for students to address their unique needs and goals.
  • Speech Therapy: Deliver speech therapy to individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support for students.
  • Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in regular progress monitoring to inform instruction.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure and Certification: Pennsylvania state license for Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience: Preference for school experience and knowledge of IDEA and special education regulations.
