We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project roadmaps, scope and capacity plans, and project task tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, scope and capacity plans, and project task tracking.
  • Identify and address potential project risks.
  • Guide communication between artists, engineers, project managers, and other partners, ensuring communication and agreement on project goals and priorities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and best practices within the department.
  • Organize and facilitate important team events, including meetings, workshops, presentations, and other team activities.
  • Mentor and provide career management to individual contributors within the project team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile in a technology or art environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Proficiency in tools and software, such as JIRA, Confluence and Google Suite.
  • Experience managing outsourcing teams is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and the ability to influence and drive to a decision.
