The Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is currently seeking a skilled associate attorney to enhance its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of four (4) to seven (7) years of extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, representing corporations across various federal and state litigation issues. This includes, but is not limited to, financial fraud, securities disputes, breach of contract, fiduciary duty violations, partnership conflicts, shareholder disagreements, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC matters.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of litigation, which encompasses:
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Managing intricate discovery processes
- Making court appearances
- Participating in mediations and arbitrations
- Preparing cases for trial
Admission to the Texas Bar is a prerequisite.
Lewis Brisbois' Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice is comprised of attorneys who routinely manage both state and federal litigation, including appeals and regulatory matters for a diverse clientele that spans local, national, and international entities. Our attorneys are licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, as well as state and federal trial and appellate courts, and various administrative and regulatory bodies.
