Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a reliable and compassionate Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from appointments and authorized home visits.

• Transport students to and from appointments and authorized home visits in a timely and safe manner.
• Supervise students during off-site appointments and ensure their well-being and safety.
• Encourage student success and engagement by promoting positive behavior and reinforcing growth from adversity.
• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with students, providing a caring and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Specialists to address potential high-risk behaviors and provide crisis management support.
• Document service delivery and behavior-related incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, including transportation protocols and student safety guidelines.

• Meet safe driver guidelines as established by employer's insurance carrier.
• Pass a criminal history background check.
• Be at least 21 years old.
