Della Infotech is seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Warehouse Laborer to join our team. As a Warehouse Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading pallets and individual cases to and from trailers, as well as collecting empty pallet boards and storing them
  • Building cardboard boxes and packaging materials
  • Picking and loading cases onto trailers using required technology
  • Receiving and distributing product, and assisting with weekly product inventory
  • Sorting and strapping cardboard bundles, and rolling them onto trailers using dollies
  • Performing general housekeeping and sanitation tasks, such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out trash
  • Lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Assisting with receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders
  • Sorting cartons at case rate, cleaning out and loading out cartons, and sanitizing the carton area
  • Providing service to crane operators and production teams, and controlling carton inventory and recycling old cardboard

Requirements:

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to wear required safety attire, including steel-toed boots, hairnets, safety glasses, and bump caps

Working Conditions:

The warehouse and distribution center environment can be physically demanding, with temperatures varying depending on the season and weather. You will be required to wear steel-toed boots to enter the facility.
